Squid Salad with Leeks

Ingredients:

    • 3 squids
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 leeks
    • Mayonnaise
    • Dill

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Hard-boil the eggs and cut them into small squares.
  2. Put squids into the boiling water and once the water boils, cook for 3 to 5 minutes, but not longer. Otherwise, they will become hard. Cut squids into preferred size.
  3. Cut the soft white part of leeks into half-rings.
  4. Mix everything with mayonnaise and enjoy!
