Strawberry Cupcakes
    For the dough:
    • 150 grams of salt-free butter
    • 100 milliliters of honey
    • 2 eggs
    • 150 grams of flour
    • One and a half teaspoon of baking powder
    • 150 grams of strawberry jam
    For the cream:
    • 150 grams of salt-free butter
    • 350 grams of flour sugar
    • 4 tablespoons of cream
    • Half a tablespoon of vanilla sugar
    For decoration:
    • strawberries
    • Something for sprinkling
  1. Heat the oven to 170 C. Prepare paper and regular cupcake forms.
  2. Melt butter. Use a blender to whisk butter and honey. Break eggs, whisk for a few seconds and start pouring flour and baking powder. Pour the jam and stir.
  3. Use a spoon to fill the 2/3 of the cupcake forms. Bake for about 20 minutes. Take them out and wait to cool off.
  4. For the cream, whisk soft butter with flour sugar and pour the cream. Stir again.
  5. Put the cream into a confectionery bag and start pressing it on the cupcakes. Decorate with strawberries and whatever you can think of. Enjoy!
