Strawberry ice-cream


    • Strawberries: 500 g
    • Sugar: 200 g
    • Sour cream: 200 ml
    • Cream: 200 ml
    • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. First of all, wash the strawberries, take off the leaves and chop fine. Then pour with sugar and set aside (in room temperature) for about 60 minutes. Stir time by time. Then add sour cream, cream, lemon juice and blend everything to combine.
