Tea Pie
    • 300 grams of flour
    • 350 milliliters of tea
    • 200 grams of raisins
    • 200 grams of sugar
    • 50 milliliters of olive oil
    • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
    • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
    • An egg
    • Orange peel and juice
    • A teaspoon of cinnamon
  1. Heat the oven up to 180 C. Spread a baking tin with fat. Pour hot tea over raisins and put it aside.
  2. Sift the flour, cinnamon, cocoa, baking powder. Mix in sugar. Pour raisins with the tea, whisked eggs, olive oil, orange peel, juice. Thoroughly mix everything.
  3. Bake for about 45 minutes. Enjoy!
