- Simple biscuits (without filling): 400 g
- Butter: 200 g
- Curd: 500 g
- Sugar: 150 g
- Dried apricots: 10
- Dried cranberries: 0,5 cup
- First of all, blend curd (if needed). Then mix curd with cinnamon, sugar, dried cranberries and crushed cookies.
- Then melt butter and mix into a curd mixture. Let rest for about 20 minutes.
- Pour mass into a tray and put in a refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.
