- A banana
- 100 milliliters of nut milk (or coconut milk)
- A handful of berries you love
1Everything is simple here. Just put all the ingredients into a shake maker and turn it on. If the milkshake is too thick, pour more milk, or water. Enjoy!
2Note: If you want a more substantial milkshake, add Chia seeds or linseeds. Put it in a fridge, and you'll have excellent yogurt for your breakfast.
