Vitamins to Fight Cold
- 3 big oranges
- Orange juice
- 50 grams of ginger roots
- 6 teaspoons of honey (might need less, have to try for yourself)
1Wash the oranges, peel and cut them into slices. Peel the ginger and chop it. Extract juice from the lemon.
2Put everything into a bowl (don't put the honey just yet) and use a blender. Put a teaspoon of honey until you are satisfied with the taste (Took me 3 teaspoons until I was happy with the result) and whisk thoroughly.
3Pour everything into a sterile container and put a lid on it. Enjoy!
4Note: Keep it in a refrigerator.
