Vitamins to Fight Cold

Ingredients:

    • 3 big oranges
    • Orange juice
    • 50 grams of ginger roots
    • 6 teaspoons of honey (might need less, have to try for yourself)

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Wash the oranges, peel and cut them into slices. Peel the ginger and chop it. Extract juice from the lemon.
  2. Put everything into a bowl (don't put the honey just yet) and use a blender. Put a teaspoon of honey until you are satisfied with the taste (Took me 3 teaspoons until I was happy with the result) and whisk thoroughly.
  3. Pour everything into a sterile container and put a lid on it. Enjoy!
  4. Note: Keep it in a refrigerator.
