Zucchini and carrot salad

Ingredients:

    • Zucchini: 2 kg
    • Carrots: 700 g
    • Onions: 3 (large)
    • Garlic: 1
    • Sugar: 3 tablespoons
    • Salt: 1,5 tablespoons
    • Oil: 200 ml
    • Vinegar: 100 ml
    • Greens
    • Chili pepper: to taste
    • Bay leaves (laurel leaves)

    Recipe Directions:

  1. First of all, cut zucchini into cubes. Grate the carrots and slice onion and garlic.
  2. Then, put in a pot all ingredients except garlic, greens and vinegar. Boil it up.
  3. Cook for about 30 minutes. At the end, add garlic, greens and vinegar.
  4. Prepared salad pour into jars. Cover it and flip over, leave in warm place for 24 hours.
