- 3 eggs
- 250 grams of coconut chippings
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1. Separate egg white from the yolk and thoroughly whisk it. Mix yolk with sugar and pour it into the whites. Add vanilla and coconut chippings. Make sure you mix it.
- 2. Form rolls and bake at 200 C for about 15 minutes. Take it out and leave to cool off. Enjoy!
