Bellini is an elegant, rather low-strength and sparkling alcoholic cocktail made with wine or champagne. It's really easy to make and doesn't require many ingredients, so it's sure to be a hit with anyone who wants to enjoy it! ;)

This cocktail is ideal for all kinds of receptions and more serious parties. 

Ingredients

    • champagne (or cold sparkling wine)
    • pepper nectar: 60 millilitres
    • freshly squeezed lemon juice: 15 millilitres
