Potatoes and broccoli casserole

Ingredients

    • Potatoes: 800 g
    • Broccoli: 1
    • Onion: 1 (large)
    • Cream: 250 ml
    • Ham: 150 g
    • Cheese (chedar or etc.): 150 g
    • Garlic: 3 cloves
    • Salt
    • Ground pepper

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and slice. Chop onion and garlic and cook in a frying pan with a little bit of oil for a few minutes. Add potatoes slices and pour with cream. Cook on low heat, while potatoes becomes soft. All mass pour into baking tray, season with some salt, ground pepper and bake in a 180C (360F) preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Then cut broccoli and boil in water for 5 minutes. Grate the cheese. Cut ham in pieces. On potatoes, put ham layer, broccoli and then grated cheese. Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes, while cheese will melt. Enjoy!
