Salad with Quail Eggs and Smoked Meat

Ingredients

• A handful of lettuce you like
• 12 cherry tomatoes
• Half a cucumber
• 40 grams of smoked duck fillet (or any other meat you like)
• 12 fried quail eggs
• A handful of goat cheese rolls
• Black ground pepper
• A splash of olive oil

Recipe Directions

1. 1. Cut tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce. Place it in a plate. Continue with duck slices, and quail eggs on top.
2. 2. Pour some goat cheese rolls, spice it with black ground peper and splash some olive oil. Enjoy!
