1. Start with boiling the water and pouring the buckwheat porridge. Add a pinch of salt, turn off the oven and cover the pot. Leave it like that for about 60 minutes. It's for swelling purposes. Groats should look like they are ready.
2. Strain the excess water and pour milk. Begin to boil on a low fire.

3. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in a frying pan for a bit. Put them in the boiling porridge and boil until there is hardly any milk left. Enjoy!
