Sandwiches with Salmon, Eggs, and Radishes

Ingredients

• White bread
• 6 radishes
• A cucumber
• 3 hard-boiled eggs
• Scallion
• Dill
• A slice of lemon
• 50 grams of salmon
• 3 tablespoons of curd
• A tablespoon of mayonnaise
• Ground pepper

Recipe Directions

1. 1. Start with grating everything except salmon, dill, lemon, and white bread.
2. 2. Add curd and mayonnaise to the grated ingredients and mix everything.
3. 3. Toast the bread.
