Turkey minced meat rolls with cheese filling and white cream sauce
I had looked up the recipe for turkey mince pies with cheese filling quite a while ago, and I tried it out when the opportunity arose. The result really delighted our whole family and made our stomachs happy.

Not waiting long, I'm going to share a simple but wonderful recipe. 

By the way, instead of turkey, you can use chicken. I had some turkey mince at home, so I used that too.

Ingredients

    For turkey mince rolls:
    • turkey mince: 450 grams (chicken mince is also suitable)
    • Eggs: 1
    • potato starch: 2 tablespoons
    • mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon
    • Onion: 1
    • soaked bread: 1 slice
    • salt: pinch
    • ground pepper: pinch
    For the filling:
    • Eggs: 2 (boiled)
    • 5 tablespoons of rennet cheese
    For the sauce:
    • Butter: 2 tablespoons
    • Carrots: 
    • 150 millilitres of cream.
    • cooked mushrooms: 1 handful (I use frozen chanterelles)
    • chopped dill: pinch

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. First, grate the hard-boiled eggs with a beet grater.

  5. 3. In a saucepan, bring the chicken stock to a boil (I used cubes) and add the shredded carrot.
  6. 4. Mix the turkey mince and all the additives into a paste.
  7. 5. With wet hands, shape the meatballs by placing the egg-cheese mixture in the middle.
  8. 6. Add the corn to the boiling broth and cook, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes.
  9. 7. Dressing: Melt the butter in a pan.

  11. 8. Roast the cooked mushrooms. Pour in the cream and heat, stirring, for a few minutes.
  12. 9. Add the turkey meatballs and carrots to the gravy, add the chopped dill and simmer over a low heat for a couple of minutes - turn off the stove.
