1. First of all, boil pasta. Then dice onion and paprika, slice sausages. Heat the pan, add sausages, paprika and onion and fry with a some oil until vegetables turns soft and a little bit roasted. Then add minced garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add boiled pasta, pour sour cream, tomatoes and stir. Season with some salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stew in a low heat in about 10 minutes. Then add grated cheese and wait until cheese will melt. Serve with some dill or green onion season. Bon appetite!
