Smoked sausage stew with beans and vegetables

For me personally, this is a very tasty smoked bean stew with beans and vegetables. The preparation is really easy and the taste is excellent. Whenever I have smoked sausages in the fridge, I often choose to make this dish, because a delicious dinner is guaranteed. You can try it too. Don't forget to leave your feedback in the comments. :)
Ingredients
- smoked sausages: 500 grams
- onions: 1
- canned white beans: 200 grams
- canned red beans: 200 grams
- courgettes: 200 grams
- Cauliflower: 1
- Red peppers: 1
- Tomatoes in their own juice: 200 grams
- Salt
- Peppers
- Sugar: pinch
- Olive oil: drizzle
- 1. First, dice the onion, courgettes, cauliflower and peppers and fry them with olive oil.
- 2. Then add the sliced smoked sausages. Fry a little and add the tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
- 3. When the vegetables are almost tender, add the beans and stir. Simmer for about 5 minutes more and transfer to a serving dish.
- 4. Garnish with sunflower sprouts, serve and enjoy!
