- 3 squids
- A small onion
- 2 slices of garlic
- An egg
- A couple of spoons of breadcrumbs
- Dried parsley
- 1. Grind squids, onion, and garlic. Break an egg into the mass, put spices in and mix. Pour breadcrumbs and mix everything thoroughly again.
- 2. Form small steaks from the mass and cook them on oil.
- 3. Note: You will end up with excellent cutlets. On top of that,it's impossible to overcook them.
