Oven-baked fish with prawn-cream sauce and couscous
Have you ever thought that fish and prawns can go very well together? I hadn't thought of that option, especially if the sauce is made of shrimps and cream. This is a very wonderful dish that has been 100% successful. My family and I ate it and we kept saying that we would start eating fish a lot more often than we have been doing.

Ingredients

    • fish fillets: 1 kg
    • Lime fruit: 1
    • 1 salt
    • pepper
    • garlic: 2 cloves
    • Couscous
    For the sauce:
    • Shrimps: 250 grams
    • 10% fat cream: 250 millilitres
    • salt
    • chopped parsley: 1 handful
    • garlic: 3 cloves

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. First, cut the fish fillets into pieces of the desired size. It is important not to make them too thin.
  2. 2. Then place the pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with chopped garlic.

  4. 3. Place in the oven for about 15 minutes at 175 degrees.
  5. 4. Cream-cream sauce: Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan and add a little oil to prevent the butter from boiling.
  6. 5. Add the chopped garlic.
  7. 6. Once the garlic has begun to release its aroma, add the prawns. Stir, let the prawns warm up, without overcooking them, so that they do not become rubbery.
  8. 7. Add the chopped parsley, stir and pour in the cream. Stir again, allow the sauce to come to the boil and immediately remove from the heat. Add salt to taste.
  9. 8. Coconut: Place the couscous in a saucepan, cover with boiling water to cover your finger, cover and leave to stand for about 5-7 minutes.
  10. 9. When uncovered, add butter and salt to taste. Stir.
  11. 10. Serve everything on a plate and enjoy. Enjoy!
