Breakfast pancake with curd

Ingredients

    • Milk: 300 ml
    • Curd: 250 g
    • Melted Cheese: 50 g
    • Eggs: 2
    • Flour: 200 g
    • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
    • Vanilla sugar: 1 teaspoon
    • Salt: pinch
    • Butter: to spread baking pan
    • Berries: 0,5 cup or more (we use raisins, but you can go for strawberries, blueberries and so on)
    • Sugar powder: just for seasoning on top

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200C (400F) temperature. Beat the eggs with sugar, add melted butter, curd and mix everything very well to combine. In another bowl, mix flour with salt and vanilla sugar. Then add to the curd mixture and mix well.
  2. 2. Then slowly pour the milk and again, mix very well. Add berries and stir. Pour batter into baking pan (spreaded with butter) to chill.

  4. 3. Then put baking pan into the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, until pancake will cook. If your baking tray is small and your pancake is very thick - you may need to cook for a little bit longer (like 60 minutes). When done, take out from the baking pan, cut if you like, serve seasoned with some sugar powder, jam, sour cream or berries. Enjoy!
