Layered Salad with Homemade Dressing
An impressive looking salad that will surprise both family members and guests. You will see how others will start making such salad as well. And the salad not only looks beautiful, but also is so delicious! The salad goes perfectly with creamy mayonnaise and buttermilk dressing. Such salads can be served with a wide variety of dishes. I prepared a layered salad for Easter. Everyone was impressed not only how pretty salad looked, but also it tasted amazing.

The main thing you will need to make a layered salad is a glass dish with high edges. It can also be a bowl, because the whole point is to see the colorful layers of salad. As for the layers, you can choose them according to what vegetables or salad ingredients in general you like best. I prepared a very fresh and simple salad. But if you don’t have some ingredients, they can simply be replaced by others. For example, use grated carrots, crispy bacon pieces, canned beans, leeks, canned corn, avocado, canned mushrooms, hard-boiled eggs, etc. would also be suitable for such salad. Just come up with a few main ingredients and continue by adding ingredients according to your imagination.
