Squid Cutlets

Ingredients:

    • 3 squids
    • A small onion
    • 2 slices of garlic
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • An egg
    • A couple of spoons of breadcrumbs
    • Dried parsley
    • Oil

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Grind squids, onion, and garlic. Break an egg into the mass, put spices in and mix. Pour breadcrumbs and mix everything thoroughly again.
  2. Form small steaks from the mass and cook them on oil.
  3. Note: You will end up with excellent cutlets. On top of that,it's impossible to overcook them.
