These chocolate cupcakes with rududu and natural yoghurt are very tasty and soft. Quite sweet, but at the same time not too sweet. You know, I thought there was only one downside - I should have added more oreo. I used half the tin, and I should have taken my time and put the whole tin in. It seems to me that this is a wintery, slightly 'heavier' bake, but the biggest gourmets probably shouldn't mind such seasonality. So we wait for nothing and get on with it.

Ingredients

    • butter: 90 grams
    • dark chocolate: 90 grams
    • Salt: 1 teaspoon
    • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
    • Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
    • flour: 250 grams
    • Sugar: 100 grams
    • Eggs: 1 (large)
    • 235 millilitres of natural-flavoured yoghurt.
    • "Rududu: 1 can (or to taste)

    Recipe Directions

  6. 5. Then place the tin with the ready-to-bake cupcakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
