Meatballs with tomato sauce


    • Ground meat (pork or beef): 450 g
    • Spices for meat: to taste
    • Egg: 1
    • White bread soaked in milk: 1 slice
    • Oil: for cook
    • Tomato sauce: 100 ml
    • Water: 100 ml (or broth)

    Recipe Directions:

  1. First of all, in a bowl, add the ground meat (beef or pork), spices, beat egg and add crushed white bread soaked in milk. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed. Then, with your hands, shape the meatballs and cook them with a little bit of oil.
  2. Take another pot, pour in water, tomato sauce and mix. Then add cooked meatballs and cook on a low heat for about 5 - 10 minutes.
  3. For the side dish choose whatever you like. We like it with mashed potatoes, pickles and some canned peas. Enjoy it!
