Every now and then (or maybe always) at the weekends, I'm so tempted to treat myself to some tasty snacks. I probably haven't met anyone who doesn't like salmon. So salmon snacks are always a great idea. So we are going to make an Italian bruschetta, which is all about toasted Italian bread drizzled with olive oil.
