Bruschetta with salmon and avocado

Bruschetta with salmon and avocado
Every now and then (or maybe always) at the weekends, I'm so tempted to treat myself to some tasty snacks. I probably haven't met anyone who doesn't like salmon. So salmon snacks are always a great idea. So we are going to make an Italian bruschetta, which is all about toasted Italian bread drizzled with olive oil. Try it and you'll be amazed at how quickly these snacks will disappear from your table.

    • Italian light or dark bread (ciabatta)
    • avocado
    • cured salmon
    • salmon
    • salmon
    • pepper
    • lemon juice
    • olive oil
    • cherry tomatoes

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. First, cut the ciabatta bread into slices ~2 cm wide.
  2. 2. Then toast them in a dry frying pan or in the oven (a grill pan is also very suitable) until both sides are crispy.

  4. 3. Then drizzle with quality olive oil and top with the salted salmon, garnished with fresh dill, avocado drizzled with lemon juice, salt and crushed pepper.
  5. 4. Serve cherry tomatoes alongside your bruschetta, which will be tastiest if you also fry them in a pan with olive oil. Enjoy!
