Ingredients

    • cauliflower (cauliflower): 300-400 grams
    • wheat flour: 50 grams
    • cream: 100 grams (or natural yoghurt)
    • eggs: 1
    • garlic: 1 clove
    • baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon
    • ground paprika powder: 1 teaspoon
    • fresh dill
    • salt
    • ground black pepper
    • plant oil

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. First, wash the cauliflower well and divide it into small pieces.
  2. 2. Then put them in a saucepan of water and bring to the boil.

  5. 4. Allow the cabbage to cook for about 5 minutes and remove from the stove.
  6. 5. Then remove the cabbage from the water, place it in a separate bowl and leave it to cool.
  7. 6. In the meantime, while it cools, prepare the dough. For this, we will need a deep bowl in which to mix all the dough ingredients.
  8. 7. Pour 100 grams of sour cream (you can substitute natural yoghurt for the sour cream) into the prepared bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and add to the sour cream.
  9. 8. Crush the garlic clove. Finely chop the fresh dill.
  10. 9. Add the sour cream to the bowl with the flour, salt, ground black pepper, baking powder and paprika powder and mix very well until smooth.
  11. 10. Pour the vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it. Place the cauliflower in the batter and roll it, then place it in the pan. Fry on all sides until golden brown.
  12. 11. Tip: Garlic sauce goes fantastically with this cabbage. To make it, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped garlic and some chopped dill. And that's the dressing made (adjust the quantities according to your taste). Enjoy!
