Cauliflower fried in butter in a frying pan
This is the most perfect recipe for preparing cauliflower. 

You can also prepare it with breadcrumbs if you like. In this case, you should roll them in breadcrumbs after boiling and then continue with the recipe. But I personally prefer them without breadcrumbs.


    • Cauliflower: 2
    • Butter: 160 grams
    • Onions: 2 
    • Cumin: 1 teaspoon (not necessary)
    • salt: to taste
    • pepper: a little 
    • curry spice (if desired)
    • crushed garlic (if desired)
