If I buy chicken wings, I always know what I’ll make – crispy chicken wings with a spicy sauce. Nom, nom, my favorite..! Crispy wings go perfectly with cold beer, so you have an ideal snack for a weekend with movie or some game on TV. It’s just impossible to fail while making these wings, because the preparation is super simple. To make Buffalo sauce, choose a liquid, hot, red sauce, without any vegetable pieces. Usually, these sauces are Mexican ones, made of spicy peppers (like “Tapatio“, “Valentina“, “Cholula“ and etc.). Mostly I use “Valentina“ (a little thicker sauce) or “Tapatio“ (more liquid sauce). You can bake whole chicken wings, but if you cut them into parts then it’s more comfortable (and more fun) to eat. Crispy wings fit very well not only with fresh vegetables, but also with
blue cheese dip.
