Chicken Shashlik from the Oven

Ingredients

    • A kilo of chicken fillet
    • Spices
    • A couple of garlic slices
    • An onion
    • A pinch of salt
    • Some lemon juice

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken into pieces and season it with spices. Put it in a fridge and leave for about 4 hours.
  2. 2. String the chicken on spits and cook in the oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice, vegetables, or potatoes.
  3. 3. Note: The dish is a lot tastier if you make it outside. However, it is not always possible, so this is one of the best alternatives.
