Leeks are easy to prepare, because of that they do not leave today's leading positions in modern cuisine, giving the dishes sophistication and ease.

By the way, these vital elements are more present in leeks than in onions, which makes leeks particularly healthy. Here I would like to share with you recipe of Leeks and Salmon soup. This soup is quite easy to make and at the same time very tasty. It confirms my opinion that you can make fantastic soup even from simple ingredients. I bet you gonna love it!


    • 300 grams of boneless salmon fillet
    • 2 leeks
    • 2-3 potatoes
    • 1 carrot
    • 250 grams of cream cheese
    • 1,5 liter of broth
    • tuft of dill
    • pinch of salt
    • pinch of black peppers

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. Firstly grate the carrot.

  6. 4. Cook it for about 5 minutes until vegetables gets soften.
