Cold soup with cucumbers

Ingredients

    • Cucumbers, small: 4
    • Natural yogurt: 300 ml
    • Kefir: 300 ml
    • Chopped dill: 4 tablespoons
    • Fresh mint leaves: 10
    • Garlic: 1 clove
    • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
    • Salt
    • Ground pepper

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. First of all, blend 3 cucumbers and all other ingredients and put in a refrigerator for an hour. Then pour into serving plates and add the last sliced cucumber. Season with some dill. Enjoy!
