1. Peel of potatoes and put in a pot with broth. Add peeled onion. Cook until potatoes becomes soft. Then blend it. Add chopped celery, spinach, season with some salt and pepper and mix well. Cook for about 5 minutes in medium heat.
2. Take 2 eggs, and boil hard. Peel them and slice in 2 pieces. Beat the rest 1 egg with some milk. Take boiled egg pieces and dip into flour, then into egg-milk mixture, and cover with some bread crumbs. Cook in a pan with a little bit of oil. Add some sausage slices. Take soup off from the heat. In a bowl, add some slices of sausage and cooked egg. Pour soup. Add 1 - 2 spoons of sour cream.
