The "Lazy" cake with curd, dried cranberries and apricots

Ingredients

    • Simple biscuits (without filling): 400 g
    • Butter: 200 g
    • Curd: 500 g
    • Sugar: 150 g
    • Dried apricots: 10
    • Dried cranberries: 0,5 cup
    • Cinnamon

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. First of all, blend curd (if needed). Then mix curd with cinnamon, sugar, dried cranberries and crushed cookies.
  2. 2. Then melt butter and mix into a curd mixture. Let rest for about 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour mass into a tray and put in a refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.
