Pan-Seared Salmon with Grapes
For several centuries grapes have been associated with health and proper nutrition, and they are mentioned in the ancient literary and artistic works. The very word "grapes" are associated with the plump, old-fashioned Romans of the bygone era. However, exist some facts about the health benefits of grapes.

For one group glass of grape juice were given daily for 12 weeks. The other one were given placebo supplements. After 12 weeks tests were performed to compare memory and cognitive functions. The memory of the group who were given grape juice daily improved significantly, both verbally and spatially. In addition, laboratory animal studies not only showed better results in remembering labyrinths, but also improved coordination and balance.

Ingredients

    • 4 slices of salmon
    • pinch of salt
    • pinch of black peppers
    • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon of oil
    Sauce:
    • bunch of grapes
    • 2 tablespoons of honey
    • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds

  1. 1. Spread the salmon slices with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
