Baked crispy fish fillet


    • White fish fillet: 1 kg / 2 lbs / 35 oz
    • Eggs: 2
    • White bread: 4 slices
    • Olive oil: 2 tsp
    • Salt
    • Ground pepper
    For sauce:
    • Mayonanaise: 4 tbsp
    • Mustard: 1 tbsp
    • Lemon juice
    • Fresh sliced parsley

    Recipe Directions:

  1. First of all, grind the bread. Cook in a dry frying pan, while becomes soft brown. Then mix with oil, salt and ground pepper.
  2. Cut fish fillet in one size pieces. Each piece roll in beaten egg mixture, and then in your homemade bread crumbs and put into a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Bake in 200C (400F) temperature preheated oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
  3. Then all ingredient for the sauce mix in a medium size bowl and serve with baked fish fillet.
