Glazed ribs


    • Ribs: 1 kg
    • Garlic: 4-5 cloves
    • Lemon juice: from 1 lemon
    • Orange juice: from 1 orange
    • Ginger: 1 small (grated)
    • Soy sauce: 2-3 tablespoons
    • Honey: 2 tablespoons
    • Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
    • Sweet paprika powder: 1 tablespoon
    • Oil: 2 tablespoons
    • Rosemary

    Recipe Directions:

  1. First of all wash ribs, drain them and cut into pieces.
  2. Preheat oven to 200C (400F). Put ribs in a baking tray, cover them and bake in about 30 minutes.
  3. While ribs are baking, grate ginger, peel of lemon and orange and grate peelings. From fruits squeeze out the juice. Add all other ingredients and mix them.
  4. Take out the ribs from the oven, pour over with sauce and stir well. Cover up and bake again in about 30 - 40 minutes, from time to time flip over the ribs. Everything has to overlay with sticky glaze. Enjoy your sticky glazed ribs!
