Homemade caramel ice cream


    • Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (~400 g)
    • Fat whipped cream: 420 g
    • Instant coffee: 1 tablespoon

    Recipe Instructions:

  1. Firstly, sweetened condensed milk can (DO NOT OPEN) put in a pot full of water and boil for about an hour and 40 minutes. Then, take out can from the water, and when cools, open it. Pour caramel from the can into a large bowl.
  2. Add instant coffee to caramel. Whip everything very well to combine.
  3. In another bowl, whip up cream. When cream becomes solid, pour into it caramel.
  4. Then pour the mixture into metal tray (i use a cake baking tray) and cover with foil. Put in a freezer for about 24 hours. Enjoy it!.
  5. Serve with anything you like! I serve with some nuts or berries.
