- Strawberries: 1 kg
- Basil leaves: 0,5 cup
- Chili pepper: 2-3
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Sugar: 2 glass (or to taste)
- First of all, take out seeds from chilies. Cut chilies into cubes. Into blender, add 0.5 kg strawberries, basil and chili. Blend a little bit, then add rest strawberries and blend a little bit more.
- Then pour mixture into a pot. Add lemon juice and sugar. Cook on low heat, while jam becomes that consistency, you wish. Skim the foam.
- Finally, pour jam into clean jars and set aside to rest. Enjoy with fresh bread, pancakes, yogurt or anything else you wish!
